As part of Zamalah Fellowship Program to strengthen the research capacity in Palestinian Universities, the Deanship of Scientific Research at Al-Quds University will hold a training workshop on:

 "Academic Research Writing" 

Location: Al-Quds University,  Al-Jamal Hall

Date: Monday August 27^th to Thursday August 30^th 2018

Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Targeted Audience: Researchers at AQU and staff working at research management

This four-day workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the basic cultural principles and practices that underlie academic research writing in a general sense for Western audiences. It will provide participants with a specific strategy that will support them in producing academic writing that is deemed acceptable in relation to the field, discipline, or journal for which they are writing and provide participants with a greater sense of autonomy in the development and improvement of their own academic research writing.
