Al-Quds University Student Research Clubs win the 1st and the 3rd awards in a national competition

Leen Dweik and Raghad Fanoon from the Dental Student Research Club and Shahd Idees and Hadeel Manasrah from the Medical Student Research Club won the 1st and the 3rd awards in a national competition on September 27th, 2021.

Nahar Al-Hayat is a student research competition, organized by REFORM Institution, and invited students from all Palestinian universities to submit a policy paper about a problem they feel it is important in refugee camps. Dental Student Research Club discussed domestic violence during the pandemic and the medical research club discussed the less than optimum healthcare services in refugee camps. The students present the problem very efficiently and collected data to make their case, they also offered recommendations they thought it might alleviate parts of these problems.
